    REEDS OR POWER VALVES

IF A POWER VALVE DROPPED INTO THE GUIDE WOULD I STILL HAVE GOOD COMPRESSION OR IF A REED GOT SUCKED IN THE MOTOR WOULD IT MAKE A TICKING SOUND

If you dropped a valve you may still have good compression for a bit until it destroys the piston by hammering it. I would pull the cover plates on the valves and have a look.

if you dropped a valve in there, i don't see the motor running long at all --plus tons of destruction in that one cylinder.
