    • Before installing either water box the O.P.A.S. system must be removed. You should sell either our Performance O.P.A.S. Block-of Kit (all models use part# RS29050-1) or our Pro-Series O.P.A.S. Block-off Kit (RXP-X/RXP models use part# RS29950 - RXT-X/RXT/GTX-Sc models use part# RS29985). As always you must inform the customer that they will no longer have the Off Power Assisted Steering system.
    • For craft equipped with the stock exhaust outlet you must sell them two additional items. First, our Rear Exhaust Outlet Kit (part# RS15050-ET). This kit fills the opening left when the stock outlet is removed as well as relocates the exhaust outlet to accommodate the water box.
Second, our Exhaust Coupler Kit (part# RS16082-ECK). (see online store)This kit contains one high temperature silicone coupler and two stainless steel hose clamps. It is used to connect the water box outlet tube to the thru-hull exhaust outlet flange.
    • For craft equipped with a RIVA Rear Exhaust Kit (part# RS15050-1) customers are not required to purchase any additional items to install the water box. They will use the existing components from the Rear Exhaust Kit.

    just a question...

Why have a water box at all? Is it because of the o2 sensor? Or can you just dump the wet exhaust out the hull?

I don't think there is an o2 sensor... just a high temp sensor.

I believe some have straight piped it and its loud as shit Heard a few at the hydro drags!

The other problems are heat & water back flowing into the motor.

    SOUND

I have run 3 inch exhaust streight out the back with headers.
I have a jacketed mid pipe that dumps exhaust and water into 3 inch pipe.

No over heating issues as i have sensor in last pipe.

IF you do this you must be riding in an area that has no sound restrictions.

    It is beyond LOUD.
With this setup you will hear less once you depart ski.

YOu need some kind of high pipe so that you dont have water back up in manifold.
These pics were first fitament as I got the mid pipe higher once final install.
