I'm installing the Riva upgrade wheel with Riva washers my question is should I also change the berings? When I tighten the clutch to what lbs should it be for better boost?

The nut is always 22ftlbs and the slip movement in my opinion should be 85 or above in lbs in stock form. I like atleast 100in.lbs and up to 145 with aftermarket big wheels.
