Its a great looking head but priced new is expensive. the ADA head will give the same results but at a lower price http://www.adaracing.com/personal-wa...et/ya760mhdkit

It is billet, but looked at it and both domes need replacing. The guy said he was around 185 psi on pump gas, that is most likely why the domes were so marked up? The stator side deffinatly had a lot of pits/ foren object marks. Decent looking head though but I think the ADA head has more bling factor being totally polished.

Just checked that site too. They have heads for the 1100 and it says 91 octane on 170lbs and 180lbs. You would need to run higher octane for that kinda psi wouldnt you? doesnt make sence.

I thought you could go around 170-175 on pump gas, but I guess with timing and port work you can do anything. I dont know much about aftermarket heads but I would think the design of the dome must play a big part in reducing the detonation, pitch, cc's(dome size). I also saw a head with a swirl design at the top of the dome what does that swirl do for performance?
