    Code 53 on GP1300R

Exhaust temp error of some kind.

I've had this combo for a while with no issues, but while doing some long cruising last weekend, I got the beep and this code a few times.

    d-plate
    efi
    14/20
    jetworks mod
    r&d 1200 intake
    riva rp
    ppk

No, I didn't get the cat chip - is that what this is all about? I thought that the 05s could get away without using those?

    thanks
    Jeff

If you have the stock sound supression in it will make your light go off.

I put mine back in and my buzzer went off.

you can also use a 10k ohm resistor. Either way is fine.
