Ventilation Hose: Reinstall or trash or ... ?

What should i do with the stock ventilation hoses and ducting that ive removed. (including those black tubes with the ball on the side of it).

if it were me, I`d install a short hose on the left side air intake so the electrical connector doesn`t get wet., maybe the same for the other side, that`s all...

You ride in the ocean? You ride hard? If so, cut about 1/3 of the hose off and run them straight down, into those same cutouts, but without crossing them. They DO KEEP the water on the bottom of the ski.

Careful with removing them... Those 4" monsters dump a ton of water in the hull in rough conditions.

Whatever you do, do NOT point them at the carbs/fi.

mmm.. ok so it seems like this would be the best bet.

remove the plastic below things (plastic with ball) and relocate them both to the left side (away from my flame arestor)

    Thumbs up Pointed toward carbs....

I had mine pointed at carbs, or stock position, I learned the hard way my carbs after half season were so gunked up it was terrible. Now two thirds cut off running straight down. Lucky not a lot of water sucked into motor.
