RPM gains with Jim's plate???
What RPM gains did you get out of Jim's closed loop plate? List if it was on an RXT or RXP.
I know it has been good for about 1.5 MPH gain on an RXT, but I havent seen what RPM gains people have seen from it.

I don't think youll see any gains in RPM. I think you will see gains in speed at the same RPM though. It gets your hull out of the water more at a better angle making you more efficient.

I am curious about this as well. With the regular performance
mods you get RPMs = More MPH
So I wonder as well if you gain 1-3 mph as reported on
an RXT then do your rpms go up 50-200 ???
If so, then I'd have to repitch prop to get off rev limiter.

regular performance mods= engine mods= more HP= more RPM= more mph
rideplate, pumpextension, intake grate,= hull mods= same RPM= more mph
thats 90 % of the case

Hmmm. Ok. I just though more hull out of the water less drag get more rpm. Thats good to hear cause I was looking to do this mod but thought I would have to repitch again, and didnt want to do that. Sounds like I will be getting this rideplate mod done soon. I have been thinking about it for quit some time. I just have not known anyone personally that has done it to have seen the actual gains. I cant wait!
