    800 gpr carb?

Im looking at a set of mikuni 44's for my seadoo and i was wondering if i could use a set of 44's off a gpr 800? Can i separate the two carbs, buy 2 block off plates for the removal of the acc pumps and bolt them on a R&D direct flow manifold. Is the bolt pattern the same on those 44's as lets say a set of aftermarket?

I would have to put both of my linkage arms from my seadoo on the gpr carbs so that i can use the seadoo throttle linkage rod that snaps into them.

    the boat is a 800xp

    Tell me what you think

    Thanks

    Mike

not sure, the bolt pattern on the GPR I body carbs is on an angle, most of the aftermarket carbs are SBN based and the bolt pattern is straight up and down

that said, I thought seadoo used the same I body carbs as the GPR

The bolt pattern is not the same as the aftermarket carbs. The bodies are pretty much the same as your SeaDoo ones. Only one accel pump but, both have active fuel pumps, where the SeaDoo only has one active.

So if your saying they are the same as my seadoo carbs just bigger, then they will not fit a R&D direct flow intake then, just aftermarket?

I am assuming the R&D fits SBN style carbs like Phillip stated, so the answer would be no the SBN-I bodies will not fit the R&D intake.

Check out E-bay #320326114023.They have the 9-3 o'clock bolt pattern that might work out good for you.Keep an eye out in that section of E-bay,a lot of times you can find great deals on singles and duals to pair up or adapt Hope this helps.
