Can TPS be set with sonic booms on bench or do they need to be installed ?

You should not have to change it from where it was.
Unless you moved it it.

Need to install TPS off my old throttle body and put on sonic booms.

They have to be installed and wiring connected. The pcm feeds voltage to the tps. No way to accurately set it by using ohms..
