Differences between Rotax Racing ECU & Riva ECU

What are the biggest differences between the Rotax Racing ECU & Riva ECU. I know the Rotax has a higher Rev limit, but other than that .....

Also, what boost levels are both of the ECU's mapped for? Will they be able to adjust injector output based on higher boost levels and intake charge temperatures scene at the intake manifold? Any input would be apprechiated. Thanks

Riva and Rotax Racing ECU's both have 8650 Rev limit
Rotax is mapped for stock injectors. Riva is mapped for 50 lb injectors.

The Riva is boost sensitive and can handle up to about 13.5 psi boost before needing to also run a RRFPR.

The Rotax Racing ECU does not have knock control, the Riva does.
Riva also maintains all stock ECU fail safes and can communicate with BUDS for diagnostic purposes.

Only the 08 Rotax Racing ECU has 8800 rev limit and is mapped for 60 lb injectors.

What boost pressure is the stock ECU mapped up to? I thought I had read earlier it was mapped up to about 10 psi. Is this correct?

You can run 10 psi with the stock ECU and stock injectors but you are reaching the limits. It would be best to install 42 lb injectors at this boost level.

My choice is Riva ECU, 50 lb injectors and rising rate fuel pressure regulator.
