    c12 vp fuel for my 951 and my xp 800?

    pros, cons ? anybody run race gas in there mostly stock skis ? i have a 98 gsx and a 96 xp 800. just curious aboiut the pros and cons. i run vp c12 in my bikes and wondering if i can run it in my skis.

    If your ski is almost stock and does not have high compression you will loose HP with race gas. Just stick with 91 octane.

    After looking it up I think the octane rating of c12 is overkill for stock skis, and the price is astronomical.

    Actually stock skis with 800 & 951 carbed engines are designed to run 87 octane. It is a waste of money to increase octane because it will run better on 87.

    c12 is a race fuel. I use to run it in snowmobiles that have 200 lb compression and needed that fuel to keep the motor alive.
