Sale pricing on Jims Rid plates

    Jim,
Are those prices with you supplying the ride plate or is that with us sending our existing plates to you to be modified?

You can get it with your plate or we supply the plate, You will see on the online store it will say (on your) R&D or RIVA or stock plate. or (complete) were we supply the plate. Ether way you will get 10% on the total cost.

Jim, have you done any work on the stock SHO plate? If so how does it stack up against the RD and RIVA's? It might be more economical for some of us to just have the stockers modded. Money is tight for a lot of people right now. If you can get similar #'s then everyone wins. Who needs the aftermarket if your magic works on the OEM too. No disrespect to anyone. my 2 cents.

There are two categories. "Turn Key" which is where you just buy the modified plate from him, or "conversion done to your plate" which is exactly what is sounds like.

Jim modded my R & D and my stock plates. Here are my results:

Back to back runs, unmodded stock plate vs. modded R & D, no shims - gain of 3.2 mph. Ski bucked with no shims. I now have 3 shims in the rear. I can't say how much speed I lost shimming, but no bucking.

After Jim modded my stock plate, I did a back to back against the r & d and I lost 0.8 mph with modded stock plate. No shims with modded stock plate. I really liked the feel of the R & D better, so the modded stock plate went with the other pile of parts.

I also had the opportunity to visit Jim in Tampa a short time ago to dial things in as well.

    Hopes this helps you all.
