I would start with fresh fuel and plugs first - then see what happens.

Try putting the fuel knob in reserve. You could have something stuck in the On line.
How is the shuttlecraft?

It is a 2001 XLT with only 48 hours of use! The engine bay looks like new. I hope it's just the plugs which I will change tomorrow. I will call the dealer and see if they filled it up with gas or it was already in the tank. If it was already in the tank I will change the gas and see what happens.
Thanks a lot for the info guys.

If it will start but wont go fast without cutting out then it sounds like its starving for fuel. change the filter.

~Charge Battery & check acid/water level in battery
~Install New plugs (check gap)
~Install New fuel filter (OEM)
~Do a compression check to get a baseline

Well, not the plugs!
Took it to the mechanic and the 3 carbs were dead! The accelerator pump too! It was a $500 fix!
