    Can I mod 900 cases to take an 1100 crank?

    I know the 1100 has a way longer throw then the 900 but I'm not sure about the actual crank placement and ports.

    If I read thee microfiche right, the 900 and 1100 use the same crankcase. Part # 14001.

    What are you cookin'???

    Have you done anything with the ultra???

    Ultra is closed up till spring. Playing with the idea of a 1100 in a JS hull.

    I've got a spare JS in good condition. I've got some blown 900 cases and bad crank that a guy said he would donate. I'm going to start with the mounts and fitment of the block and then try and find a motor to throw in if it looks like I can do it. The plan is to run a 550 pump with a 23 static impeller.
    I'm seen one before and the guy could almost hit 60 on a JS hull. Who knows, maybe I'll sink it the first time out.
