    Opinions/tips about performance parts..

Need some help in the jungle of performanceparts..

I want to have a reliable engine!!

    I have a 08 X Engine with this mods:
    Ferrera valves
    Blockguard
Riva Valve train kit will be installed soon.

Now I am about to buy a bigger S/C, Rude1 or Rude2 or something..
How much diffrence are the maintenance on a Rude1 against a Rude2?

Will my Stock X ECU be okey to start with OR will all this performance parts just be overkill if I don´t go with a aftermarket ECU with a higher rpm limit?

Will the 42s and a rrfpr be good the fuel..? Or are 42 to small? Maybe go with 50s if I buy a aftermarket ECU in the future..

    Anything else I am missing?

The engine will be installed in a gprxp conversion ski.

You can run the 2rude with the stock ECU.

The X skis already have 42 lb injectors which are the perfect size for a 2rude with a RRFPR.

Any of the higher boost superchargers will require periodic maintenance to keep the supercharger operating at it's peak performance.

what conditions do you ride in ....I was told to stay away from the 2rude...Only cause i spend 80% of my time in the ocean....the rude would be better if that was the case..

I ride most in calm waters and playing.. almost no longdistance rides..
This is a toy I take the boat if I wanna ride long with a beer in the hand..

But what are you saying the Rude is for some special type of riding??

Any other suggestions of a S/C? That holds for a season without maintenace?

I got a mate who is getting the rude charger he was advised agaist the 2rude because he rides alot of long distance in ocean swells...Don't wanna be pulling a S/C out every 30hrs to tighten it up.....sounds like the 2rude would suit you ok though...you read alot about them here and from what I've read they are the most reliable and cheapest aftermarket S/C around....Hanging to see my mates RXT with the rude see if he can keep up....

Someone doesn't want to be beat..haha.. There's nothing wrong with the 2Rude, the difference in maintaince between the Rude1 and the 2Rude is minor if not the same. Don't believe the hype, you want to go fast 2Rude will get you there.
I've tested both the 2 Rude and the ET and beat the chit out of both...Both great SC's

Jerry, the X engines can use the RRFPR now?
