    Back Flush Kit

    Back Flush Kits!

These are made for the 45 Degree pissers and 90 Degree pissers.

Dual nozzle 45 Degree kits are $35 shipped.

Dual nozzle 90 Degree kits are $40 shipped.

Three nozzle 45 Degree kits are $50 shipped

Pictured are the 45 Degree kits.
Pinch clamps are no longer used on the nozzles

Pictured are the 90 Degree Kit.

    Three Nozzle Flush Kit

If the nozzles ever loosen up all you have to do is warm them up with a hair dryer and wobble a drill bit in the nozzle to enlarge them a few thousands. If they fit too tight all you have to do is warm the nozzle up and insert it about 1/8" in your fitting.

Excuse my ignorance, but why and how with the back flushing?

I guess I "get" doing it that way to a point, but exactly how, and why is this better? Engine off I assume?

What about us with triple+ pissers?

    Thanks

when you drive your ski around the lake, the water is picked up and comes in through the bottom of the manifold, and up and around the cylinders and out the top of the head.. any sand you may pick up usually lands in the waterjacket of the cylinders.
When you back flush, the rinse water comes in from the top of the head, down to the cylinders and pushes any sand out the exhaust manifold water jackets, and out the pickup lines.. Its much easier for any sand to go downhill when you back flush.

    I hope this helps.

If you need triples, I can just add another line and nozzle. I need to work on a price. Prolly another 10 bucks. I need to come up with a triple manifold.
I forgot about you triple pipe boys.

Thanks. That was how I was thinking it would work.

Couple more questions if I may

The engine, off when this is done?

What about sediment filters that may be in the cooling line/s from the pump? In that case this would not be needed?

If you get a 3 pisser model done, please post it with a price.

    Thank you

Your asking me if you need to run your engine when flushing?? ALWAYS run your engine when flushing.
Keep the sediment filters, it may or may not flush the sand out also... I dont know.

I will work on a 3 pisser model after I get back from daytona. in a lil over a week from now.
