    CC/endurance race

Ok guys...got an endurance race coming up right now I plan on running my Riva 1200 grate stock ride plate Riva tabs shimmed with 2 washers. Nujet 14/19 (the new one for the HO pump). and trying to find a 3* XL pump nozzle the motor has Riva power plenum flame arrestor (the big one) D-plate and free flow exhaust. I also have an EFI controller for holeshot and hook up do you guys reccomend any different settings than the usual 5516 for the race?

I think maybe some aftermarket sponsons (Beach house or R&Ds) A skat swirl prop or dynafly prop will do better than the nujunk prop.

Cool I have Riva sponsons forgot to mention that and I guess a 13/19 would work the best with my mods?

What Joe said, also, your borderline for needing the EFI controller unless you have real cold weather, even then, you might lose performance from the unneeded fuel.

Anytime you dump extra fuel that the motor cannot burn, you can watch your power go by-by......you have a good aftermarket tach? you will need one to tune with. You can leave the controler in, tune from there, after all your parts are in.Start at 5516 and go from there. You are going to be running fat though.Good luck.

i mean like i dont really know.. but aslong as you got good acceleration like get out there.. eventually its gonna come to top speed and what not and endurance! so if your risking losing top speed.. might be some things you need to think which you'd rather have.. how much you'd be losing and what not..

The only reason I think I need more fuel is because I have the bog in midrange that everyone says you get with the free flow tube but the EFI fixes it. so I'll go easy on the settings maybe 2316 and tune from there.
