    ride plate leakage

    I searched but could not find what i was looking for.

    I was inspecting my T-X. Is this a common problem. coolant coming out screw. I havnt removed pump to fix the issue, soo, just thought i would ask.

    Whoa! Reading the thread title had me worried for the RXP. Either way, I will be watching this one too.

    That almost cost me a championship....pita. Gotta check the torque on each one...and don't trust anyone else to do it.

    No, no coolant in the rxp. Its been several days since i rode and the leak was very very little, but you can see in pic where silicone has come loose, so i suppose i tighten down screw, but if still leaks then reinstall screw with new silicone, but want it spew out as i am doing that.

    If she has to be drained I will be pissed.

    Hello skoepp, Take the torx screw out and you will see a washer clean all up and apply some silicone and screw back in and you will be fine. That is common with the X plates. Looks like you can get to it without removing the pump.
