several options out there, R&D,riva,pro-tec,but most are fitting the SHO nozzle on the gpr as this retains stock length and if you want to be real anal you can have the sho bored to match the gpr plastic I.D...

How much does it cost to get it bored? Are there any real gains?

I went from the stock 85mm to 87 and gained about 80-90 rpms and more noticible holeshot but you do lose top end speed I only noticed about .5 nothing major
