    Looks big!

What's up with the third cylinder pipe mount? Is the hole deformed, or is that just the picture?

    Looking good

~Remove that diveshaft coupler cover and inspect it for alignment.
~Also check the condition of the rubber biscuit.
~Replace any worn or old hose clamps.
    ~Check torque on motor mounts.
~Good time to do the "KeyWay" mod
    ~Repalce any weak/soft water hoses.
~Give that intermadiate shaft a shot of grease
~Check the water box mount for any wear. Apply a layer of glass it it has a hole and glue down down a thin sheet of rubber with 4200/5200.
~Inspect your driveshaft hose in the rear for any tears, replace if soft.
~Apply a thin smear of 4200/5200 around all the thru hull fittings near the rear of the hull.
~Check all your electrical connections on the starter for tightness.

    Be very meticulous !

I was looking thru your pics Rx951, I saw you have a pipe plug in your cone, Did you fill it? with grease?
What does that do? how does it help?
