Thanks chief . Ive just returned to the US from the Mexican foundry that fabbed up the Peak Powersports turbo headers. They have decided that it would be a much more viable idea if I casted this project with high heat capacity aluminum. It will allow me to be able to make readily available changes to tune the turbo with varying primary lengths/diameters for increased exhaust velocity and turbo efficiency. Can't wait!

lookin good, but why isn't the water jacket extended all the way to the turbo? Also, if people are spending so much money on a turbo kit, they probably wouldnt be afraid to spend a little more to have the header thats AMERICAN made.

I didn't extend the water jacket intentionally so that the turbo can acquire more heat due to it being water cooled. It should be of benefit, heat transfer is a good thing for an efficient turbo. I feel my last set up using the stock manifold ran the turbo too cool. Please remember this is the initial R&D prototype. The company that is producing the header is an American company called ICS. Its a casting company that makes products for copper companies. The stainless steel is all schedule 40 .154 gauge which is alot heavier than what any american header company uses. 99% of header companies use .065 gauge . Mine is Twice as thick.
