Arrow RPM Motorsports in Crestline, Ohio closes - former Manager Mark Berry guilty of fraud

I purchased my 2004 MSX 140 directly from from Bill Stearns at RPM Motorsports in Ohio. The dealership was nicely laid out and looked well kept, the customer care competent and Bill and his wife Rosemary were both very pleasant to deal with.

I was surprised to receive an email today outlining the circumstances of the collapse of the dealership due to illegal activities by the Manager (who I never met), and the ensuing hardships.

Attached is the email I received.

Link to their house, which is for sale.

Other than my single transaction buying the MSX 140 (which I am still happy with), I have no connection with Bill Stearns. It just makes me sad and angry to read a story like this.

My cousin in Fla. has been a builder for over 20 years,He just found out about 6 months ago,his accountant,a lady and friend from his church.Has been ripping him off for about 1800.00 to 2000.00 a week, plus other amounts at different times. Last I hear,he's out for over $450,000 and it has almost sunk his business(also with the poor housing market). If he's lucky,he may get about $125.000 back in cash from their bank account, and a $30,000 lot in Texas. In Fla,you can not take a person's house in a lawsuit. Still waiting to see if she and her husband will get any jail time.

If there was ever a justifiable case for 'frontier justice'...this would be the one. I know what I would be planning....

A copy of this link needs to go to someone that keeps a close 'eye' on the liberal courts...Glenn Beck, comes to mind.

    Go ahead, make my day!

Some one needs to fix this kinda stuff. I had an experience about 10 years ago with civil courts. I lost about 30 - 40 thousand and so much more. Lady got 1 day in jail, (sentenced to 5) and never repaid a penny. Civil courts suck. Now, a Ruger could have easily saved me time and $'s on this. Not to mention getting reamed by the system twice just sucked. I hate to see when this happens. The legal system is broken. The lawyer got paid.
