Recommendations for Stage II with High Exhaust Code that Keeps Flashing/Beeping??
Is my intercooler clogged? I have beached it a few times, but power is also shut off when done so...
What do you think?

Innercooler could be clogged. You can check to see if your innercooler is clogged by taking the water lines off of the innercooler and connecting them together with a small peice of pipe. "Bypass innercooler" Todd

Yes, I'm running a strainer and check it basically every time I ride. I've found virtually nothing in it, but a pebble of sand.
What would happen if I keep riding it with that code flashing? Would anything actually break?

Was your IC new when you installed it or used???Check all your hoses make sure they are not kinked or leaking..Also like the other guys had mentioned,Check your J-Pipe..Make sure the holes are not plugged or clogged,THEN make sure the black coupler is not cutting off the the water supply(J-Pipe Pissers)>>this is done by not correctly lining it up or tightening the clamps down to tight..Usually the Middle clamp is the one good for doing this..If your running all 3 clamps get rid of the middle one....
