If you can get a floor jack underneath it, you can lift it off the bunks and it can rest on the winch post, the jack, and one bunk, then you can change one bunk out at a time.

I've used a floor jack and a 2x4 to life the ski up to remove the ride plate(bunks on my trailer are narrower on the inside than the plate is wide on the GTX)

pull ski as far off the back of trailer without it falling off, dont get dangerously close, but pull it a foot or 2 to the rear.
drop the trailer jack as low as it can go. tip nose of trailer far down.
put cinder blocks, wood, whatever you got under the rear of the ski,on either side, like stands. get stands as high up to the hull as possible
lift trailer up again with trailer jack as high as it will go.
rear stands will take the back of the ski OFF the bunks.
now put a temporary stand under the keel of the ski, towards the middle, if possible to the rear of the axle, if its too far back, put it in front of the axle and do the next part twice.
lower the trailer jack again, and the keel of the ski will rest on the center stand.
level the trailer and you can roll it forward.
when the rear crossbar of the trailer hits the front stand, raise the trailer up to lift the ski, remove the front stand, and move it behind the crossbar.
lower ski again onto the front stand.
now roll your trailer completely out from under the ski.
your ski should be nice and stable on 3 stands and can stay there for weeks!!
    fix your trailer.
reverse the whole process to reload.
this has worked for me in the past with a 5000lb boat, so it will work for our little skis
and you dont need any special tools or lifts or jacks or anything, just your trailer and some temporary stand materials.
hopefully yout trailer has a tongue jack!!!
