I drill a hole thru my receivers then weld on a nut and take a bolt and weld a lever onto it so I can pin my rattling hitches in place

I haven't used either of these but I have purchased items from Etrailer.com. They have excellent customer service and extremely competitive prices.

Do you really need it? How much noice are you hearing?
You might need to move the PWC forward for more nose weight to eliminate too much movement.
How easy is it to lift the trailer at the tongue?

With my Ford Edge, the banging in the receiver echoes through the cabin and would make road trips pretty obnoxious. With my Suburban, it wasn't an issue.

The unibody vehicles will conduct sound from the hitch more than the body on frame designs. It wasn't that the hitch on your Suburban didn't rattle at all, but it was harder to hear it. And the 2 inch receivers do tend to rattle less than the 1 1/4" Class II types.

Did you try my method, of tensioning the drawbar to one side?

The 'clamping bolt through the receiver side' method will also hold the drawbar and keep it from banging, but it means you must have a wrench handy to remove it.
