    Help With RXP Electrical Issue

Dealing with an 05 rxp with 380 hrs original (salt water). It just started having this issue where the trim will stay in the down position, AND the engine will run with the lanyard removed. Also, if you just attach the lanyard and remove it, it will stay powered up (beeping).

    Jeff,

Before you go crazy with all kind of parts and test, I would try and get a friends ECU and key and try and swap that out first.

    yea, that's a good idea.

also, it still has the lanyard issue with both the trim module plugs disconnected. and, all connector and harness plugs/pins look good.
