    Bars on my 1200 SLX

Is it possible to change these?

I quite like what some of you guys have done by moving the display and changing the bars. I would like to do this to my ski...

Oh, and, I have done a search.

That would have been done by using a aftermarket UMI steering set-up. Tough to find, and when you do they don't come cheap, but they do show up For Sale once in awhile here. Chip, chip, cheers

ck with 785 lugs, he has a 1200 i think and probably has moded it. plus hes got tons of parts or knows where to get um. i've got umi set ups on both our 785 pros and they work well and look good. think the 1200 is a different set up though.

The SLX has bolt on bars, so you could change them without a UMI setup. I've done it on some Virage's. I like to get the widest bar possible and set them up with Rox risers so you can get that extra pivot effect.

Wow... Those Risers are cool... Good to know I don't need a steering system.
