    IN the Pump shoe
IF you have some broken off, then remove them all. You need them all intact or none at all. With broken fins it can cause cavitation.

Do you happen to know the torque specs for the pump bolts and the 4 exit nozzle bolts. Do they need locktite? And should I put marine grease on the rubber seal on the pump.(1 more) Anything on the splines?

I can't remember exactly but it was low, like 23ft/lbs, I don't have my book with me. I think the sequence it important also. I won't just go cranking them down without a torque wrench at proper settings. I'm sure Skeopp knows!
