    Motor Placement

    Im in the process of dropping the motor in the new ski, what steps do i need to take to make sure the motor is alinged correctly?

    If they do nothing else right, SBT has an excellent guide to engine removal and installation, with pictures.....

    And here is a link to the GPR service manual. They have the steps for motor removal/installation, how to check if it's lined up, all that.

    I printed the entire thing out, put the pages in sheet protectors, and stuffed it in a 3 ring binder; sometimes it's easier to just print out the pages you need, get them dirty and greasy, then throw them away.

    This should help, then if you run into any problems, come back to the board. Good luck!

    Dam why is it i can never do any correct searches is there like a trick...well thank allot for that info this is getting done tomorrow cant wait.

    Good idea.. changing a motor out can be intimidating, but it's not as hard as it first seems.
