Clogged pump filter,Clogged Intercooler,Pinched,Loose or kinked cooling line,J-Pipe pissers clogged or pinched off...

Agree on the clogged IC. I had a hi temp alarm go off a few weeks ago, p1544 I think, I flushed it then used CLR in there & shook it up, flushed it again & it ran all day without issue today.
BTW, it's an external xs IC.
Could he be too lean in this cold weather too? Do you have any mods done to your ski?

its an o7 rxp gen 1 with the riva intercooler , where mainly do you find clogs in it and the easiest way to fix this problem

Clogs would be most likely in the intercooler, especially if you don't run a filter before it. It can also be clogged in the lower 3 holes of the J-pipe. You would need to remove the J-pipe to clear them... Ron

Ultrasonic Cleaning, did my intercooler. Maybe they can do yours?

get a screen/filter in place before it, as previously recommended.
