Maybe a stupid question But if you have a 15/22R 4 blade, what will that be in a 3 blade?

Do the 3 blade need higher rpm to perform the same as the 4 blade?

As far a ecceleration no but the thre blade will usualy be 1-2 mph slower at the same rpm. If you want to match the speed of a 4 blade with the 3 blade then I would say yes, you will need to turn it faster. IMO the out of the box 3 blades hook up and eccelerate better than the out of the box 4 blades. Overall, I prefer the 4 blades when pitched properly.

Thanks Buddy. I was suprised when I checked my prop on the gauge you got us (thanks) that it measured out to be a 15/24 even after bending the crap out of it and adding 4.5mm with out a gauge.
