    New IC..... New Hole too?

I just received my "new" IC today & when going over it I found this tapped hole... A water bleed I'm assuming? It was packaged up nicely & wrapped in a plastic bag inside the box. It looks like the water I/O fittings were pressed in.. I dunno.
    What do you think?

    An XS "type" From CXracing.com

I just realized there's no mounting options on it.. No holes or brackets.
