    if the spark goes through the hole.... then you might not get a proper burn on the fresh charge,due to a weak spark. Have no clue,ive never saw anything like this done.Also,if the razor sharp edge of the hole gets hot enough to glow,it 'could' pre-ignite the fuel...maybe... I dont think its a good idea myself...JMO

    ive seen this before the 2 divets round the edges of the plug are used to keep it in place when drilling the plug... you must use a cooler plug due to the heat of the spark in the metal... its no good for a ski or any 2 stroke for that mater
    its seen more in big engines (4 stroke) indusrial units
    i have also seen a set of these melt the tips because the spark is allowed to penetrate the tip of the metal..
    cant beat good old j gapping

    can you explain j gapping to me, ive heard it said before and i know what indexing is but whats j gapping??

    and j gapping works 100% you will see a good difference in the way your ski ticks over and it will run a lot smoother some say there is a performance gain but from the testing i have done personally i saw no gain only a massive difference in how smoooooooooth the engine runs.... recomended to all

    Alot of people J gap plugs in the GPR motors and swear by a small RPM gain.
