Thread: Pump question?

I have a Magnum pump 14V set back for a 2000 GP1200R. What could I benefit if I installed a spacer from an 05 GPR and get a custom shaft done at Skat Track?

Why do you think you cant use your driveshaft ? If it is a 30" all you need is an 02+ intermediate shaft and the 2" extension stuff.

Might be a dumb question but doesn't the magnum pump already have awesome hook-up w/o the spacer? Why go through the trouble of adding it?

Here is the way I look at it - When improving the GPR over the years the Yamaha engineers added it. I was shocked to see it on my wife's FX HO. The more water you can load the pump with the better. Especially for weekend riders having to deal with boat chop.
For those considering the upgrade Hydrotoys made it easy for us
