Should I rebuild an 03 SC only 64 hours?

The SC is slipping and the ski is running at 45 mph. Should I tighten the bolt and let it run again or should I rebuild it? Everything looks good, but I havent checked the tolerances yet. What should I do? It is sitting on my table now.

Also, I have a corrosion problem, right next the SC and all underneath the crosslink plastic panel. I guess I have to take apart this and spray everytime?

Tightening the nut won't do any good. The clutch is worn out. The 03 was a unique year and doesn't use washers. It's time to rebuild with this kit

Ok, I think this kit is the best one with metal washers and no need to scramble for the metal washers. It also comes with the metal bearings I assume? I will buy this one and send in my supercharger plus $75 + $20 for priority mail if possible. Could I transfer money through paypal? I really dont use a check these days. It will be cash through paypal, so you wont be charged.
Please email [email protected]. I will make a note on the sales receipt.

Also, I think I need the riva part blow off valve, also probably good idea to change out the o-rings on the charger. I get 10% too. Great.
    Thanks.

Would the green charger be a bolt on item? I think not. Probably need new ecu etc.

Also, do you have a blow off valve intake house or assembly? I have the blow off valve, but no hose. I guess I have to buy the whole thing.

Is there anything else I need to know that I have missed from reading the forums? This is great.

Why stay away from the blow off valve? I thought it was beneficial.

A BOV is great for a turbo since turbos free-run when you let off the throttle. But the SC slows down quickly from friction from the clutch. A BOV on an SC ski will not help anything; it will only loose boost when it leaks... Ron
