Rev Limiter question ?
Can any body tell me is it possible to change the rev limiter in a XPL by changeing the program in the mpm ( computer) ? I mean in a software way. Or is it only a hardware way.

yes...thy can be reprogrammed..or u can buy a reprogrammed one for$400+

I have a remapped 99-02 MPEM w/ the coffman / single pipe Dean's curve ready to go-- 8000 RPM rev limit. This will work for 99 gsxl, 99 XPL, 00 RX, 00 XPL, 01 RX, 01 PL, 02 RX or the 02 XP -- carberated 951's http://pwctoday.com/showthread.php?t=194126&page=6
