    Rrfpr,drop in pressure

    AFTER,i installed the regulatotr i set it at 60psi,however on tickover on the trailer it dips to 57/58 psi? is this right or should i adjust the base to compensate.....thanks

    Thats totaly normal. It is due to the vacuum the engine is pulling at idle.

    thanks.....and yes i did snap the vent pipe while installing it...easy fix tho many thanks

    yep,you did,but if you fart within 10 meters it snaps,talk about a quality built part

    From the instructions, Paragraph 4, last sentence

    NOTE: It is normal for the fuel pressure to drop lower than 60 PSI once the engine is started.




    The reason for this is the engine is under vacuum when at idle and low RPM's.

    No its the vent line on the top of the fuel pump assy. Maybe the 07s are a little different.

    Ah. For some reason I thought he was talking about the vac nipple on the manifold.
