Supercharger Question for Green Hulk
I own a 2004 RXP with 102 hours. In the next couple of weeks I will be sending you the supercharger for service. Do you recommend rebuilding the supercharger or just replace the washers? If so, can you tell me what to order and the amount I should send for labor? Also, if I plan on keeping the ski stock, does changing the supercharger impeller really make a difference?

Hi Lou, at 102 hours you need to do a complete rebuild. This is the kit you need
My labor is $75
Look at the links side bar on the left and click the "SC Rebuild Service" link.
Those are the instructions on sending your supercharger to me for service.
Yes, changing the supercharger impeller makes a big difference. The green charger impeller is a good one and cheap
