    Mods for FZS

    Hi all,

what easy, bolt on mods exist for the FZs...something to give it a little extra power/perfromance but not break the bank. NOt looking to do anything to void a warranty either so just soemthing simple.

    Thanks

Are the RIVa mods out yet for the FZS. What are you getting done and what type of costs do dealers charge to do installs.

    Any recomendations for mods???

Guys, the 'mods' for the FZR and FZS are the same in general for the SHO. You will also find that most do not pay a dealer to install mods.

I really know nothing about mechanics nor engines so not sure how comfortable I would be installing something. I am looking for a few simple things to add a bit of performance at a limited cost and again simple mods. Any suggestions from those out there.

Power filter, and free flow exhaust are the same. I have been hearing that the intake manifold upgrade is already done.

Ride plate and intake grate are not compatible with FX SHO and I undertand from Riva that they will be released early April. I have also heard that they are developing different sponsons for the FZ.

From what I was told the ECU is going to be different from FZR & FX SHO because of the different features. FX ECU is supposed to be out early April according to Riva. It's been a long time waiting.
