Jetting specs with tripples BB
Ok here I go again,,,
I have a GK 1390 BB with single pipe running VF-3s stuffers, (stock (insulator plate), advent (agressive curve).stock carbs at My jetting is 120L 140M 2.0 N/S 85 gram spring... , 155psi head. premix, F/A's
Now I want to go Tripple pipes.
Does any one have carb specs on Something close to mine?
Do I need to run fuel pumps? any one got a build a BB tripple for dumby's book?

Most of the available triple specs for carbs are aftermarket. I would start by upping the lows 10 and highs 20 then start doing acceleration and plug chop tests. Look on the bright side the carbs are easier to get to with triples

+1 on what Bill said..you need aftermarket carbs to give that engine what it needs. I know the OEM's can feed it with very little problems, but when you get aftermarket carbs, your acceleration/top speed is blistering compared to OEM.
Maybe someone who has triples and OEM's can help you with jetting specs..but if you can get your OEM's modded..do it.

My triple pipe 1200R with 800 cylinders is fed via modified Mikuni 44's.
The single fuel line doesn't supply enough gas so I use 2 pickups.
125 pilot, 155 main, 2.0n/s, 80 gram spring.
With a 1390 I would go a lot fatter than this.

triples pipes go triple lines and same amount of fuel pumps
your climate / altitude will play a huge part in jetting with triples
maybe time for novi 48's

Does your GK1390 cylinders have power valves? Just curious how the tripples are gonna run without pv's ?
Blackjack 48's are stock carbs bored and modded thats what I have on my tripple very easy to tune ...not sure if jetworks does this anymore?
I just run a bigger single extended pickup in tank and the fuel pumps on carbs.
