    08 SHO Cruiser

Well we have a few warm day here in Virginia Beach and all i can think about is getting my new FX SHO cruiser out and at least put 1 hr on it..lol My question is there is not difference between the 08 and 09 other than color is there? Also, for the ones that own a FX SHO Cruiser, will this ski hold up to some rough, WO, riding? I know its a cruiser, but will it take abuse. Trust me, im not trying to destory this ski, but it will take some long trip and there will be some X's out there i will have to try to stay with.. any inputs?

There is no difference except color, it should hold up the same as the regular SHO

I got my 09 FX SHO in October 08 so I would say no difference at all! A couple years ago I rented a Yamaha SUV at Va. Beach and it survived so I would say you will be A-OK on an FX SHO!!!!!!

Thanks for the input and trust me, I cant wait to be able to put some hours on my ski. I was just wondering since this is my first 4 stroke, if it would hold up good to some long wideopen runs through some very rough waters here in the Chesapeake Bay and Ocean. I ran my 06 GPR1300r pretty hard and it never hesitated. I just hope my CRUISER can keep up with those RXT-X..

Wow, i guess after i brake my OLD MANS ski in, i might have to do something to speed it up a bit. I did not think the X would beat it that bad.

An RXTX will tak an FX SHO in ideal conditions. Choppy stuff is on your side and I would also say that an RXTX is harder on the rider than an FX SHO.
