If all you are adding is FA's then just turn the screws out 1/8th to 1/4.

Do these screw directly onto the top of the carbs, or do I keep the lower half of the stock box and attach them there? I'm trying to make sure these will bolt right on with out having to order anything else. I also have the triple outlet fuel pump mounted(just like the OEM) on the lower half of the stock box, so I may have to move that as well. I have a 94 750sl.

    Thanks

They should screw directly to the carbs. No adapters needed.

If you have the correct F/A's for 38mm, they will screw right on.

I'd suggest mounting the fuel pump lower in the hull than the factory location. Most mount it in front of the battery, to the support "rib".

NOTE: mount it above the pulse fitting to prevent water or gas from entering your pulse hose. That will hinder performance and possibly damage the pump diaphragm.

    750 & OCP FA's REJET?

Is there anyone who has a 750sl that put OCP FA's on their ski? Wondering how things worked out and if you had to rejet or just richen the carbs. I just rebuilt these carbs and was unable to get one of the main jets out of the carb. (stripped head). Not sure how I'm going to get that jet out of there. Any suggestions or links to a post where someone else had this battle and won??

    Thanks

Try the smallest of EZ-Out extractors. You may have to drill the oriface out a little, but You Can Do It!

Edit: this was a #70 main jet

102.5 main jets & carb settings

Thanks for the pics and words of encouragement. I'll have to get a set of those for sure!

I emailed J. Zigler so he can add those 102.5 main jets. Hopefully he'll get my email before it ships out.

Now that I'm going to add the 102.5 main jets, do I set the carbs to the amount of turns out in the service manual (for stock, since I"m going with bigger main jets)? I've already lost 1 motor to a lean condition so I'm a little concerned

You're welcome. Be sure you have the correct size drill bit for the extractor. I think you will need a 5/64th bit. The kit you get will have the sizes needed for the extractors.
As for the high spd settings, I would start w/ the factory settings, then check the piston wash till you know it's right. Having a light like this comes in handy for checking wash through the spark plug hole. No need to pull the domes to check, unless you want to post photos.
