Stroking it means more vibration. Balancing is a must. All in all, easier to
turbo it. Cheaper by the horsepower And the purse. Any time you modify
a 2 stroke or four stroke, you shorten its life. 1 micro-miligram of off balance
& P O W W >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>! Balancing is ALL.

I disagree 100% I know who someone who had a 1020 and ran it for 125 hrs before he rebuilt the top end.If its built right and set up right it will stay.Tell me how to put a turbo on a two stroke. I will put one on my 1020 build
Read this and there is more but I cant find them right now

He won't tell you Kidd. I've asked him multiple times how he addreses the carbon buildup on the turbo, he never replies.
Just someone who likes to spout how something else is better without ever offering real info to prove it.

turbo charging a 2 - stroke in sleds is not new and is VERY productive, but not cheap. I have not seen a turbo on the skis as the exhaust is water cooled-- carbon is not the problem...
Here are a few Youtube videos-- enjoy.
this 1 is just BAD…
