    Water4fire's, project GPRxp build workup!

Well guys, Since I new I was gonna have a slow winter as I was satisfied with my RXP build. I decided to try and build a new boat. I love to tinker in the garage and have a long list of fun toys. Most everyone on this forum is just great and has given me a huge list of ideas. Well lets see what we come up with and go from there. I haven't named her yet, but I was thinking the red bullet. Please give me any input as I am not perfect and learn something everyday.

This is my Starting plateform. A 2000 GP1200r that had the #3 oil line come off and burn a hole threw the crank and cases. I picked it up for $1300 and was qick to get started.

Yep he Shouts orders and throws around tools!

Mats came off with a lot of effort and the glue was removed with 3m.
I had to use the heat gun to get the double sided tape off of the hull from the bumpers. All in all the ski is OK!

    Will show inside stuff next.

Thanks, but it will still be painted! I did the hull cuts and stuff before I flipped her for the bottom of the hull. That is a different story.

Here is the hull cuts and the new reinforcement for the pump tunnel and
I also ground the hex nuts out for the new Pump shoe and ride plate brackets.

I have a Seadoo pump and adapter f/s if interested!

Did you end up needing new valves for the motor?

Have you already purchased all the parts & pieces to fix it?

    Good luck with the build!

I am running a Skat 12 vein Setback pump first to see if we achieve 80+ with arm wrenching holeshot.

Motor is waiting on crank and has all new parts inside.

Guys that motor issue is why it took me so much time to start this post.
It made me all sick with the sport for a few weeks. Hope everyone understands.

    More pics to come.
