    Advice on an Impeller

    Well I have done some modification and it looks like I could benefit from a new impeller. This is what I have:


    • Riva Air Flow
    • Rotax Exhaust
    • 42 Lb Injectors
    • X Super Charger
    • Riva Intake Grate ( If that makes a Difference )
    Intercooler and ECU are stock. I have currently The Solas 14 / 19.


    Would I benefit from going to a 15 / 20 ??? Or could I repitch the 14 / 19 ???

    Could you give us a hint as to what boat you have???RXP--RXT. This would be helpful as to a prop and or pitch recommendation.

    A regular 15/20r worked perfect on Cody's boat with the same mods. However, that's not to say you can't bend up your 14/19 to work.

    Save your money to spend on an XS Intercooler and repitch your 14/19.

    You are still going to need that 15/20 if you go to a XS ic. 14/19 and 15/20 have different root angles and you can't get a 14/19 to perform like a 15/20. It will work, but you may spin easier on holeshot and lose a little on top end with the 14/19.

    if u do a i/c u'll need a rrfpr with those 42's and either way go you'll need a 15/20 sell the 14/19

    i agree, with that set up go to the 15/20

    I thought you would need an rrfpr if you kept the stock injectors, but didn't need one if you went with the 42's

    By the way, did the X-charger make a big difference? It seems like you must be turning high rpm's with that 14/19. You have a lot of mods for that prop.
    How many rpm's and how fast?
