Just do a great preparation. Fill the rivet holes, scrub the area, mask the area so you know exactly where the mats go, glue both sides and apply. Have plenty of weights on hand to hold them down while the glue dries. Some people use bricks... Ron

Just make sure that you use 3m contact cement, let the glue dry and stick it on - you will only have one shot at it. I usually prefit the pads and use a light color dry erase marker to trace out the pad position on the ski so know where to glue and set the pads. That method has worked very well for me, you shouldn't have to use any weight because the contact cement is only used when it's dry. Simply coat the bottom of the pad and coat within your traced lines (1/8th inch) let the glue haze over indicating that it is dry on the ski and on the pad and stick them on. One last tip - only glue one pad at a time.

Go to the hdw. store and buy a laminate roller. It is about 4" wide and has a 8" handle They are around 12.00 bucks you just roll in down. You will have to roll it several times move on the the next mat a nd come back a re roll. works great. Great improvement

Hey guys, my Aunt is interested in getting some for her 06 GTX. When I went to their website to check prices, it seems as though nothing is on the site. I tried to go to their mats and it says nothing available, I go to accessories, again nothing available. Anyone know whats up?

They have been selling everything to the military for a few years. PPG has been advertising that they are available again... Ron

Spend the extra $20.00 for the mats with the adhesive already on them. Basicly peel and stick.
