How to cook a pork tenderloin???

Does anyone know how I can do this so it falls apart when it is done??? I know I can do this in one of those oven bags, but I don't feel like going to the store to get them... Is there any other way???

Awesome. I will have to try one of these ways... I have the kind that is already flavored in a bag. They make all kind of different flavors...

I think I have seen them wrapped in aluminum foil while being cooked. Has anyone tried this?

    Thanks for the replies!

My wife made a roast for me tonight in her crock pot,
she just puts potatoes and carrots on the bottom and the meat sits on top with some onion seasoning on top, I just ate and it was out of this world, I am stuffed... very easy to make and it cooks by itself!
