The Riva ECU is mapped for 50 lb injectors. It can deliver enough fueling for about 13.5 psi boost so there would be no need for a RRFPR.

If you stick with the Riva kit, not only are you using bits that are designed to work together, but you get reliability and customer support as a bonus.

For me, I have a recreational boat that not only runs 80/81+ in salt and fresh water (note: I run Riva's rear air in fresh water and kanaflex in saltwater), and sounds fierce, but is also incredibly reliable. To be clear, with a willingness to spend endless cash, you can buy bigger superchargers and bigger this and that to go 85+, but then you forgo reliability and versatility.

At the end of the day, it all comes down to what you are looking for, how much cash you're willing to spend, how mechanically inclined you are to undertake routine maintenance for any given level of modifications and what your expectations are out of your mods.

So based upon the above, use your own judgment in determining how far and fast you wanna go. Again, I suggest you stay with the Riva kit, you will not go wrong if you're a recreational/enthusiast rider.

Good advice seadog. If you are building a race engine then yes, get the head ported and polished. If you are a recreational rider that just wants a little more speed and acceleration then I say no. The stock head flows air pretty good already.
