    winter projects complete

Ok I have completed my winter projects and here is the list of what I have done. Also I have attached pics.

    1. install stainless intake (homemade)
    2. install aluminum exhaust (homemade)
    3. install Riva air intake upgrade
    4. install Riva intake grate
    5. install multiport vaccum adapter (homemade)
    6. install XS intercooler
    7. install HKS blowoff valve
    8. install pump stuffer kit
    9. fill bolt holes around ride plate and intake grate
    10. install 13/23 prop
    11. open up baffles in waterbox.

The most difficult was the intercooler.

I still would like to do the following changes but it will wait until later or maybe become next years winter projects.

    1. change out ride plate (Riva or R&D ??)
    2. install C3-11 supercharge impeller also change to prop for this wheel.
    3. install boost guage

No GPS numbers yet. Maybe this weekend it will be warm enough here to get on the water.

its great to see your doing alot to your ski but the holes in your waterbox are pointless unless you rip it all out and the air filter will do nothing unless you run it to cold air
sorry to be negative but just try to help

    Not true!

any improvement in air flow above the water line will assist in some degree,

I have done a similar mod on eevry ski I have owned to the last 10 year's
    and it does work??

I would consider remaking the inlet tube from straight pieces and use MANDREL bends on the corners,, Much better in the flow department..
As long as the hull has good air flow it will help you
All in all its a good DIY job

+1. I saw an increase of nearly 2 lbs boost with the stock SC after removing the stock airbox.

Nice work man. The $ you saved doing all that yourself should more than pay for a C3.

And you sure have a lot of experience with skis! Like sirbreaksalot said...it has worked on past skis, it will work here. Results may be different but there will be gains.

    Nice work superair!
