I don't understand your question... You still have the mounts in the boat, you can use them just fine??? If you mean you don't have the mounts any more, you'll have to buy new ones!

I think he means he took the engine off the mounts which means the shims have been disturbed and he doesn't know which ones to put back?

When you put the engine back take the rubber biscuit out that sits between the couplers.
Align the engine so that the coupler on the engine is an even spacing all the way around from coupler on the intermediate shaft. Do not rotate the coupler on the engine or the intermediate shaft.

The couplers should be in the same cylinder ie the outside of the engine coupler should be within 0.5mm of the outside of the intermediate shaft. See measurement "A" of pic. You adjust this by adding or removing shims.

The distance between the face of the couplers and the fingers should be between 2mm -4mm. see measurement "B" in pic. You adjust this by sliding engine forward/backward. I set mine to 4mm because I jump waves a lot.

Once you have this correct mark where the shims are and engine position. Move engine to put the rubber biscuit back in. Put the shims and engine back to where you marked.
